My main, default channel on YouTube simply uses the name for the Google account to which it is attached. I use it to watch videos, leave comments, and upload more personal content. Unfortunately, the videos here don't exactly see a lot of attention—despite being so numerous.

Spanish Interview Project

I uploaded this public video on March 19, 2018 and it features Nico Hernández, an acquaintance of mine, Colin Place, a former classmate of mine, and me. The final project for our immigration unit in Spanish class tasked us with interviewing a Hispanic immigrant about his or her experience coming to the United States. I asked Nico, whom I'd known since elementary school, to speak with us about his emigration from Ecuador. Colin recorded my portion of the interview, I, his, and then I edited the entire thing with iMovie on my iPhone. Provided that you know Spanish, what other questions should we have asked?

Truce and Tragedy (WWI Christmas Truce)

I uploaded this public video on February 18, 2018 and it features famous images from history. As part of our unit on the First World War, my modern world history class assigned us to make videos about the tragic event in groups of three. In addition to helping with the main production, I decided to make a bonus video analogizing the Christmas Truce of 1914 to the prologue from Romeo and Juliet, which I'd studied in English class the year prior. As with my Spanish interview, I completed the entire project on my iPhone. If you know the story, do you see connections between the prologue and this special moment?

Movie Mashup

I uploaded this public video on May 6, 2016 and it features famous dancing scenes from old movies. To practice our video editing skills for future project in a business class, we were tasked with using clips from old films to make a 'movie mashup.' The main goal was that the dancing correlated with the beat from a song of our choice, creating the illusion that people were moving in sync to the music. I chose the 1982 hit 'Come on Eileen' by Dexys Midnight Runners for its famous rhythm. Do you find it convincing?

Running Man Challenge (Old Man Edition)

I uploaded this public video on May 11, 2016 and it features several students from Wellesley High School and my step-grandfather, George. In addition to the 'movie mashup' project, the business class asked that we contribute to the latest Internet trend, the 'running man challenge,' in which participants would perform a signature dance to the song 'My Boo' by Ghost Town DJs. Each group was supposed to collect videos of students 'taking the challenge' before uploading them to a shared folder for the final video. I decided to record George, who did his best to imitate the dance sitting down. How close did he come?

The Most Boring Video on YouTube

I uploaded this public video on January 10, 2016 and it features only my step grandfather, George. This is the very first video (rightly, perhaps) ever posted to this channel. 'The Most Boring Video on YouTube' is arguably just that—four minutes of the most tedious, esoteric content on the entire website. Unlike other videos claiming such a title, mine features coherent speech, specifically in regard to litigation and the corruption George has experienced as a 90+ patent attorney. Now, can you tolerate the whole thing?
